OF HABIBI POWER.
The HABIBI POWER premium beverage production facility is moving forward, with completion anticipated by mid-2028.
Designed as a landmark destination for production, innovation and customer engagement, the development will bring the HABIBI POWER brand to life through a distinctive black-and-gold environment.
BUILT FOR
GROWTH.
Phase One is planned across a 100,000-square-foot site, with approximately 35,000 square feet of built-up space. The facility will include a 10,000-square-foot beverage production line, 10,000 square feet of storage for raw materials and finished goods, and a further 10,000-square-foot machinery-ready area to support future growth.
An additional 15,000 square feet of land will be reserved for future expansion.
BEYOND
PRODUCTION.
At the front of the facility, a dedicated office and visitor center will welcome guests into an immersive HABIBI POWER experience. Planned features include a merchandise area, tasting zone, interactive displays, large LED screens, a VIP meeting majlis and elevated walkways overlooking the production floor.
A public observation deck will allow visitors to experience the energy and precision behind every HABIBI POWER product.
The development will also feature a striking glass-fronted façade, prominent brand visibility, landscaped surroundings, visitor parking and carefully planned access routes for guests and commercial vehicles.
More than a production facility, the new HABIBI POWER factory is being created as a destination—bringing together world-class beverage manufacturing, Dubai-inspired hospitality and an unforgettable customer experience under one roof.
