1. Who we are
This website is operated by Habibi Power Global Holding L.L.C-FZ, a company licensed in the United Arab Emirates ("Habibi Power", "we", "us", "our"). We are the controller of the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at info@habibipower.com.
The launch form sends your email address and signup request to Habibi Power at info@habibipower.com. No analytics scripts are installed.
2. What we collect
- Launch signup: we receive your email address, request to receive launch updates and submission time through our hosting email service.
- Name, contact details and message, when you email us with an enquiry.
- Cookie preference: your Accept or Decline choice is saved in this browser. No analytics scripts or tracking cookies are installed on this website. A hosting provider may process ordinary access logs when the site is hosted.
We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
3. How and why we use it
- We use your email address to respond to your signup request and send launch updates you request. You may withdraw consent by emailing info@habibipower.com.
- To respond to enquiries, including trade and partnership requests. Our basis is taking steps at your request and our legitimate business interests.
- To run, secure and improve the website. Our basis is our legitimate interests and, for analytics cookies, your consent.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Who we share it with
The Arabic display font is requested from Google Fonts. Loading it sends an ordinary resource request, including your IP address, to Google. It is not an analytics integration.
Our hosting and email providers process signup requests so they can reach our inbox. We do not sell signup information. External websites have their own privacy practices.
5. International transfers
Website hosting and email delivery may involve processing outside your country. Contact info@habibipower.com for information about the providers used.
6. How long we keep it
Signup requests are retained in our email inbox until you withdraw consent or request deletion. Hashed network addresses are used temporarily to limit repeated submissions. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and for any period required by law. We then delete or anonymise it.
7. How we protect it
The form validates addresses, limits repeated submissions and sends signup requests to a fixed Habibi Power inbox. Do not include sensitive information in the form.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data or restrict how we use it;
- object to processing, including for direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- receive your data in a portable format, where applicable.
To use any of these rights, email info@habibipower.com. We will respond within the time required by law. To stop receiving updates, email info@habibipower.com with the subject Unsubscribe. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the UAE Data Office or, if you are in the UK or EU, your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
